Whats the best way to get high rankings in Google?

I have many different blogs, websites and other things. Some do rank high while others dont. How do you get a website top ranking in google search?

1. Links - Links from your site to other sites and from other sites to yours 2. Size of text 3. Repeated words in the text 4. SEO titles for every page 5. Popularity of your website/blog 6. Nice page order and description for links, images etc.

As far as I am concerned, you'd better provide the contents that can make people around you interested, then there will be more visits!
