Would you date somone at work? What are the Do's and Don'ts?

I work with a wonderful person and have thought about asking her out. I think she feels the same but I have my reservations about doing so. I can't stop thinking about her but there are too many, "What ifs?" I think we could have somehting great. And if it did work out as I hope, how would that effect our relationship with our co-workers? Any advice is appreciated.

its your right to date your co worker but you have to adhere to your company policy on having relationship with your co-worker. you should remain discreet so that you 2 would not draw attentions from your other co-worker.
