"Ceremonies" before sleeping..

Before going to sleep I usually wash my face and kiss my daughter goodnight. Then I put one pillow over my forehead and that will surely put me to sleep. What "ceremonies" or habits do you have before going to sleep?

I try to remember to pray before I sleep. When I'm not too tired, I get to remember to pray more but if I'm really tired from work, sometimes I doze off to sleep in the middle of a prayer. Thanks of response on my discussion!

Hello! Before I go to sleep I wash my face,flush mouth and wash feet and then go to sleep with my wife and we play for some time the love game in the dark and finally retire to bed.thanx.
