computer crashes on opening flv videos

i need urgent help
plz help me computer experts
whenever i open a flv ( flash ) video or play any flash game online my computer crashes
crash over means by as if some1 removed the power source
crash over here doesn't means hanging or BSOD or something
it is as if some1 unplugged my PC
plz help me

The most probable reason for this problem is that the software installed for playing flv files isnt correctly installed.Try these steps
Step 1 Uninstall ur previous software that plays fiv files
Step 2 Download the free km player from net and install it(km player is the most powerfull free player around)
Step 3 Now try playing flv file again ur pc should not crash now, if it does then simply reinstall xp again and this will 100% solve ur problem.

hmm i have tried uninstalling flv softwares and it didnt helped
well i havnt tried reinstalling xp but i dont think it will do any good
can it be a hardware problem??

Believe me it has nothing to do with ur hardware coz i have watched flv files on 10-15 different computers and played flv files on p3 to p4 to core2duo.SO try km player and if n only if doesn't work than reinstall xp,coz it will definately help u play any flv file with ease.Just trust me.

i would recommend u too uninstall the software u using with flv videos by using a software called Your Unistaller Pro, this will safely remove the software and all related registry keys...Then i would suggest you to download GOM Player which is compatible with all types of video files and install latest shockwave player for browser compatibility for online games...I hope this helps you in solving your problem...
