Reduce the power consumption of your computer!!

Do you know that you can reduce/adjust the power consumption of your computer by installing a program called Local Cooling? It is found to be a very useful program.It is also free to use!!

Hi..vsgunnam Thanks for sharing this information with us.Can you tell me the way, i can i download it.What do you mean by saying "reduce/adjust the power consumption", it is the monitor power consumption or cpu power consumption.

It reduces overall power consumption...You can adjust the program to custom,to suit your needs or set it to default. It is developed by Uni blue and you can download it free of cost from sites like www.tucows.com, http://localcooling.en.softonic.com/etc. Thank you for the interest shown to preserve invaluable energy !!!

You can download it either from www.tucows.com or localcooling.en.softonic.com/.It is a software from Uniblue. It also let us know how much energy we have saved!!! I still use it with good results.. thank you

The more programs you have installed on your computer the slower it will run. Mostly programs like these. You can adjust the power consumption of your computer quite easily withought installing third party software. In your control panel there is 'power option'. There are afew options to chose from but you can also clock under it 'change plan settings' and adjust it as you wish. It is safe, and requires no extra installs.
