Qualified Browser mean?

Hi to all,
I am into ptc sites and i encounter few problem and one is that i can't view some ads. Guys what do you mean by "You do not seem to be using the qualified browser. Please use modern browser and ensure you have flash enabled" what am i going to do with this statement ? Qualified modern browser?.. is this free to install? Thank you in advance.

I understand this as latest version of browser. There is no other thing than this.
What version you are using? IE or FireFox?
Some sites, automatically try to launch a new window in the background. If you have blocked pop-ups in your browser, those sites generate such an error message.
There are lot of browsers available for free download. Go to http://www.download.com
