I recently had a major surgery and the first day of the surgery was so easy that i thought i could go out and kick a tennis ball.it wasn t until the next day when the anesthesy was out and the nurses forgot to give me my pain control , that i felt the worse pain anyone could possibly feel in their whole life.it lasted 8 hours and the morphin couldnt do it ..not even the pain medications.8 hours of extreme pain and sxcreams in the hospital..a traumatix experience,,.have u ever been a victim of this type of pain??

Hi moneymoney , Yeah , Child birth ! Were you calling the nurse for pain meds ? 8 hours is awful ! it sounds like neglect to me . How would they like to feel your pain for 8 hours? I would have a fit !!! and make sure I complained to whoever is in charge . It's not right for anyone to suffer like that ! I hope you are much better now and are healing .

Hello there! Oh you're in pain for 8 hours? What happened? I can't believe there's not even a single nurse taking care of you or at least visiting you for that span of time. You can actually sue them for that. When you are having a major sugery the doctor will really put a written order of a pain medication every 4 hours round the clock for the next 24 hours after the surgery. And you can actually ask for it as necessary if you complain of pain the next day. So I wondered, why it happened? But wait, have you not made any effort to call for help? If you're alone in the room, I guess there's an emergency bell there or anything you can press to call up the attention of people in the nurses station. So what happened then? Did you complained to the doctors or to any hospital staff?

i had a major surgery on my leg and they were supposed to give me pain medecine on tim but they relied on the anesthesy.so when i cried and screamed they tried to inject me with morphin and some other pain killers ..but it didnt work..i kept trying to ask them to find a doctor they woudnt do it .or the doctor will talk over the phone and ask them to give m pain medication..i am tellling u a nightmare ..the hospital system is so disorganied..it is unbelievable...money comes first and the people come after..yah the nrses tried they best but it was beyond their level of expertise.and i had to other ice in other for my pain to slow down
