United Airline stop its customer service at the end of April.

United Airline announced its abolition of customer service at the end of next month. If customer has complaint whatsoever, you just have to write a letter or so to its designated P.O. Box. United Airline has long known that it has little or no customer service at all. Why not to pretend to have one, just abolish it. No wonder the Airline industry keep going downhill from this point. What do you think of it?
