Why Helium is not allowing Indians?

Helium used to be a legit sites and one of the best sites where you can find quality relevant contents. However, of late, it seems to become a scam at least for Indian, since it is not allowing a log in from India. What's the problem? If it is only with Indian or some other nationals are facing problems. Though, I am far below of my payout, I don't know whether they will pay those Indians who has written there and won some marketplace contents.

I am from Indian and I have been facing this problem too because they are selectively banning IP addresses from foreign countries(mostly non English speaking) whose contents are not up to the mark as stated in a discussion here in Mylot.I can log in at night in Indian Standard Time from around 7p.m to late night and can't log in during the day. I am expecting my payment this month from them and hope to get it soon as that too has been postponed till 12th.Its a legit site and such turn of event form such sites is obviously frustrating
