Is cashcrate ruining my computer?

I find it very odd that every time I open up my cashcrate account my computer starts making chugging noises and runs really slooooooowly. It will get so bad that I will have to click out of everything and restart my computer to get it running at it normal speed. My computer is top of the line and custom made, so I know it's not a problem with the computer. But, the other night it got so bad that I got stuck on a page and my computer wouldn't do anything so I had to just shut the computer off all together without closing it down properly and then restarting it that way! Does anyone else have this problem? Or is my mind playing tricks on me and this has nothing to do with cashcrate?

One thing about doing offers on CashCrate is that it causes your computer to be exposed to a very large number of temporary files, cookies, and other extra stuff that your computer ends up storing unless you systematically delete them. You should download a free program called CCleaner if you don't have it already. Run it at least once a day. You will be surprised by how much stuff it finds and deletes for you. The first time I ran it on my computer it deleted 450+ MB of junk that had been slowing my computer down and wasting space!

Thank you for this advice! Is there a website called ccleaner.com? I'm also going to go and manually delete a couple of stuff that I know that I don't need. That might give me a little more space to help my computer run for freely!

I often go to cashcrate, but I have never experienced any problems with it. This computer is old, and if it was going to have any problems, it would have them. We have had problems when we download virus protectors. They make the computer run slow, extremely...s...l....o...w....Better off without them. We have had to do a system recovery several times, because of them...but cashcrate has never caused any problems.

I have never downloaded a virus protector for my computer because when my brother made it he put one on there. It's always trying to get me to update it but I ignore that. I should probably ask him what I should do next time that happens.

finding it hard to believe that CashCrate is causing the issue. Not going to say that it isnt, just hard to believe. I visit CashCrate regularly and never seem to have an issue with my laptop running slow. Trying doing a defrag and maybe a scandisk. Virus and a spyware scan. just a couple hints.

Yeah, I know that I've never heard of anyone complaining about cashcrate doing this before. I just noticed that every time I open up that page my computer starts slowing down. I'm not sure how to do a defrag really any advice on how to get started would be appreciated.
