Do you want to grow old or young as time goes by?

The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button - The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button is a very touching movie.

Lately I watched a touching movie called The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button. Benjamin was born as an old man although he was a baby. He grows younger and younger and finally he was a baby. Do you want to be the same? I just want to grow old when time goes by. It's already sad to see the old people die. But I think it is much more upset to see babies die. So I think the normal growth is the best.

i saw that movie.. it is so sad, brad is so hot when benjamin was in his 30s in the movie... i prefer to grow and die old coz when you get old, there's a phase where you evaluate what you've done in your life, the time to reap what you've sown for the past years.. you'll see the beauty of life as to how you live yours..unlike you die as a baby as how it was in the movie, it's hard coz you forget all the people and all the stuffs around you as the years passed..dying without memories from the past just as how an innocent baby when born

Yes, it's sad. This is why this movie is sad for me. It brings me many questions to consider.

That's so true what you said, when you die a baby, you won't remember the people in your life, and the good and bad things that happened, which is all sad to me. To me i see it as life become pointless, meaningless, if you can't see the beauty of life as you grow a baby. You forgot all the good things in life. That would suck!

I would rather get older than younger. But not too old, I will not let myself get too old.

i think its better to be growing old that growing young because for sure when you go young you also tent to lose your ,emory just like growing old and much worse than that you memory is brain is getting smaller and smaller as time goes by and with that everything in you will be affected including your motor skills which is very catasthropic to happen...so i choose to grow old the natural way...

I haven't seen the movie yet but I definitely want to stay young as long as I can. That's the hard part. We can't fight age but the older we get outside the more we stay the same inside. I don't feel old inside but on the outside I am aging for sure.

Perhaps having a childish heart will make people look younger and stay healthier.

yeah i totally agree with you comment. it is our destiny and our way of life. however my felling is different of been getting old. im now 21 years old, starting to feel more mature then my teenage life as im getting older. im kind of having the felling what will happen in 10 to 20 years time. i wont feel and think the same as i did. no more crazyness. i really want to be teenage again. i think best time you can ever have is 16 to 19. i will always remmber those days.

I also miss those days. At that time you don't have many things to worry about. Perhaps only one trouble thing is to study well.

I wanna grow old the normal way. I have watched The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, too. Though it was really long movie, I must say that it's really worth while watching it. I remember one of the character said that too bad for Benjamin that he's growing backwards 'cause he'll see the people he loves die before him and that's really so sad.

Hello youless. I agree with you that it is best policy to grow normally and naturally. What is more, it is impossible to grow young, as it is against nature. I am very happy to grow old as time goes on and I wish to pass away old normally and healthily and happily. lol

I havent seen that movie yet, and I am not sure if it showed already on movie houses. Here at Japan we are sometimes late for they still need to put written Japanese words under the screen or they will dab it in Japanese and has an English words written at the bottom. I will check this movie out. It sounds very interesting.

I would rather go from old to young. If you started old when you couldn't do much because of how crippled your body was, you would have to go through life slower and you would know what you wanted to do. When you're a toddler, you're never thinking about those things because you're too busy crawling around wondering what all is happening around you. Starting old would give you opportunities one could only imagine as a human. There would be more time for thought rather than action.

Although growing old stinks , aging , losing good friends , getting more forgetful , i prefer the way god planned for us to be born as babies and grow old.

I agree with you; normal growth is best. but, you can cultivate a young heart and not age in your mind. I try to keep my mind active by writing books and poetry. I have lots of frinds and see them every day. I am not in the best of health, but I do the best I can with what I've got. I am 67 today.

I am a mom and my fervent prayer is to stay alive as long as my kids needed me. I only want to die if my children are already stable enough. It hurts to leave without assuring that my kids are okay and will live well.

Yea, very weird conclusion by the way. But for me the most important thing is to grow up inside, like get older to be a better person every day, just dont paying attention in the appeareance. The important thing is to left a very good memory in this world, so what a re you waiting for? Do anything that can leave a good and positive mark in this world, write your name in the history of mankind, or if you prefer in the history of your family.
