Change Processor name

Type regedit in run box located in start menu... goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEHARDWAREDISCRIPTIONSYSTEMCENTRALPROCESSOR0... on right side...double click on "PROCESSOR NAME STRING" to modify... write ur new Processor name...[:D]

Hmmm a new think i learn't. Looking for pretty long time. But does it affects the working of our computer or not..?

no...it will not affect any performance...it's just a string...when changed u will see new Processor name in my computer properties...[;)]
