back up your data and reformat your pc..once a pc is infected with virus ...i will damage some system files..is the best option that you format the systema and start thing fresh.

Try to restore the system using windows system restore option or with the help of the anti virus software if this option is available in the anti virus software. Even if you are not able to remove the virus, then install some other anti virus software and scan in safe mode.As a final step you may reinstall the OS.

I think you should try avira antivirus, try to googling it. You can try the free version, or try the pro version if you have enough money (not like me...^^...) But, dont download it in your virused computer, it will be disabled by that virus. Because of you don't know exactly what is the viruses, dont do anything that affect your computer stability. And dont install avira in your virused computer, virus can block and broken your avira installer. I think you must install avira in cd, scan with that cd, and remove all detected virus. If you dont have any important document, just format your computer. Try to uninstall windows and reinstall it. You must uninstall and install it, not repair it, because the virus maybe not 100% clean by repair your windows. And if your computer isn't have any virus again, you must backup your important data, so if virus attack ur computer, you wont worry again... That's all from me, i hope it will be usefull...tq... Using IE run online scans as below: Start by running scan from www.spywareinfoforum.info/xscan.php (Remove applications as suggested by the software) Once done reboot the computer and run scans from either of these websites. safety.live.com or housecall.trendmicro.com (run Browser plugin scan) Once done uninstall any previously installed antivirus and reinstall the latest version. Then update the software and run scans again. You should be fine after that. Running system restore wont remove virus.

Try using anti virus softwares like norton anti virus although sometimes it does not always work.

Nice timing Some hours back i manually removed a virus. AVG didn't remove it even though it detected. It was inside the windows folder. If you know where the infected file is located, try deleting it. Most probably you won't be able to delete it as it will show as access denied. If you have another OS installed in your computer you can log through it and delete otherwise go to safemode and delete. You mentioned that you have lots of virus in your computer. So, it will be better if you format atleast the drive that you have your OS installed. Have a nice day

If you have another pc which is loaded with updated anti virous you attach your hdd as secondaray drive to that pc and scan and delete the virous first.Then remove and attach to your system and load the antuvirous software and update it. Thing you have to note here is you cannot install antivirous software if your pc is infected with virous.Formating and loading is one option but you can't do this if you have importent files in it.If you have importent files other than c drive you can format c drive and immediatly load antivirous and updte it and scan other drives.If you open other drives immediatly after formating c drive the entire virous of other drives comes in to your c drive.So follo this code Format c drive + install modem drives for internet+install antivirous +update it+Scan other drives and delete virous. You can down load antivirous kaspersky or mcafee using torrent site isohunt.com. Better to use licenced version of antivirous.
