all of us experience this "anger" for many reasons. anger is a healthy natural emotion. People when angry sometimes they, drink alcohol, smoke, throw a things, or fight, temper is something that cannot controlled in just one click,it cannot be controlled overnight. when I'm angry to a person i confront her/him immediately, i just want to know the reason and his explanation. and if I'm angry i diverted things instead of thinking negative things i just listen to music, watching t.v, eating and surfing the net, but the best way to control your temper is to be aware of yourself all the time, the classic trick is take a deep breath or counting 1-10 when you see something is wrong, after reaching ten you will feel better. constantly becoming angry at every single or small thing could be a sign of a problem. you might need help, anger management or a good anger management class might be considered.

When i am angry, i usually want to spend some time alone like in my room. It's the place where i would think what went wrong or who is at fault. It only takes a short period of time for me to cool down. Sometimes i would go online and just vent my anger on my blog.

And the best way to extinguish the fire is when a woman pops out. That should make your day in an instant!:-D Are you sure I said stupid to someone. I probably never really meant it, you know.

Depends on who I am angry to. If it's my brother, I nag, I talk non-stop. I guess he had always wanted to cover his ears when I am mad at him but he doesn't because that would spark another fight all the more. But when it's with somebody else, I just avoid the person and wait till my anger subsides.

I think it's a good idea to confront the problem/source or person that have made you angry. They may not be aware that they have done something to tick you off. Once you confront them it's all a matter of how you tell them they have upset you. If you start ur conversation out in an angry tone, the problem is sure to escalate. So be careful to watch ur tone and simply state your feelings in a calm manner.

The best thing for me to do is to just leave the present situation. I like to drive when I'm upset, drive to the store...and go shopping. I don't necessarily have to buy anything, but just getting away from the situation or the person that I am angry at really helps. I normally don't get upset or mad at the little things, but when situations are left unresolved...then the anger can't be helped and counting to ten does not help. That is why it is important to talk to the person that you are mad at. Open, honest, communication. If the other person can't give you that...there is something wrong.
