omg why did this happen

i have 16 dollars in paypal and they won't accpt unvarified payments. it's not fair, i think i should be able to buy membership with the money i worked so hard to earn. my parents think paypal is going to steal their credit card and i have no credit card or debit card i really want to be a member

You know Target started selling RS membership cards you can get 1 mo or 3 mo card just an idea.

hmmmm... you could ask paypal to send you a check but they do have a fee to do that comes outta your account then youd just have to add to your 16 and purchase card.

Well I would recommend that you open up an account with a card as that is probably the only way in which you will be able to verify your account if your parents will not agree. Plus, if you have your own card, then you can transfer money to your own account from PayPal rather than to your parents bank account. It should only take a few days to open up an account in your own name anyway.

i tell you dear i had same problem but you need not to worry. you need not to submit your card. you just submit some utility bill like telephone bill copy scanned to paypal then you can transfer your money from paypal to your bank account. i hope it will surely work. as i had done same thing when i got stuck in that problem.
