Great free tools for building professional websites

The best things in life are free or so they say but I always get a kick out of finding quality free stuff that others pay huge prices for.
I found this web design software at Trellian this is free to access and is comparable to Microsoft Frontpage

Next I found some great banner creation software for free at http://www.xheader.com/
Then a friend of mine put me on to a great tuition site for more advanced applications

All free - I get nothing out of recommending them - just wanted to share them with everybody

I actually also found a free guide on how to build a professional photography website. It was really well made and it worked for me. The guide was actually ment for any kind of business so you can make any kind of business website with it but the website that I found says photography website.
