Which part of the day do you exercise? I the mornings? or in the evenings? Some research says that mornings are just as effective as evenings (6pm). Because in the evening, the body temperature is higher and might even have better calorie-burning effects. To me, i prefer to exercise in the evening just before i have my daily shower. What about you?

On weekends I work out in the morning so that I get free time in the evenings. On weekdays, my routine varies as I might be rushing to work and sometimes in the evening I would be tired so I would just hit the bed. Its a good tip that you have given here. I shall try working out more in the evenings. Have a great day!

I think exercising in the morning is the best of all. I do the same, and I do it just when the dawn breaks. But presently, that is not really possible for me due to my work obligation.

As far as I know the best time is morning.. Evening is also good.. But certain type of exercises like yoga should be done after 6 hours of fasting stomach!!

After a long winter, we need to be exposed to the open, the sun, the nature much more in spring. To do exercise too early in the morning, or in bad weather, is not recommended for the weak and elderly people. If not for the sunshine, the evening exercise should also be good, to be followed by shower. Most office people have to do that after work, either jogging or playing tennis.

Morning and evening times are both goodfor exercising... but more important thing than that is to adjust with routine.. the time whenever you fell comfortable.. go for it and give your 100%.. and then all the best results are yours !
