Which among the Mortal Kombat games do you like best?

I have tried almost all Mortal Kombat games I could get my hands to. From the first MK1 (Sega/SNES),MK2 (Sega/SNES),MK3 (Sege/SNES/PS1),MK Mythologies: Sub-Zero (PS1),Ultimate MK3(PS1/PS2),MK4 (PS2),MK Shaolin Monks,MK Deception,MK Annihilation, and Armageddon on PS2. I have seen how the game was updated, revised and redone. Based on my experience and observation, if your an MK fan you can readily say almost all were exciting and quite fun. However, there could be atleast if not two which is a better choice to be the best ever. For me, I definitely choose the last which is Armageddon,-why? well almost everyone in the MK series is there, from the fisrt characters, new additions, bosses and also those controversial characters which are only have an occasional appearance during gameplay like noob saibot, smoke, and rain. The best feature so far of Armageddon is the create your own character mode. This is the mode i love most, I can create a street fighter character here and try it out in arcade mode, love seeing Sagat beat up Shao Khan, hahaha and create you own Bruce Lee to shut the annoying mouth of undead Liu Kang. So friends would you agree with me? If you have other title choices share with us why do you think its the best among the series.

Yeah, deception is great really, have you tried armageddon too, it has the same conquest mode and a mortal kombat racing mode too. I have really enjoyed all the mortal kombat series from the first version to the last which is armageddon. What I haven't tried yet is the new mortal kombat versus Dc game. I think it is on Ps3, since I don't have a Ps3 yet I can't tried that game. Anyway, from the screen and ingame pictures it also looks promising. What I love about the new mortal kombat games now is the ability to create your own fighter, it is here where you can really expand your imagination to whom you would wanna create. After creating your unique fighter and preparing him or her for the tournament, it is nice to outfit your character with a huge arsenal of moves, which could really damage your opponent very easily and cruise your way to the top to face the final boss, Armageddon. Hopefully the new game mortal kombat vs Dc is fun too like its predecessors and worth collecting. Thanks for your response.

Its also available for the 360, that's where I played it. I think you could create a character like Jack Thompson in Armageddon which led him to complain (again), I haven't tried it but I don't care either, that is funny if it true though. I loved the minigames of all the games, too, especially that chess one in Deception (at least I think it was there).
