How do I know my network connection type?

Hi guys, I came across a site where they need my network connection type. I think this question might sound really dumb but I'm not really a computer expert. The question is "How do I determine my network connection type?".
Here are the choices: 14.4, 28.8, 33.6, 56, Cable Modem, ISDN, T1 and T3. I tried looking around on my modem but couldn't find the answer. It's a 54M Wireless Broadband Router. Any help?

You can try this:
DSL, cable modem or satellite (512 Kbit maximum)
or DSL, cable modem or satellite (512 Kbit or more)
