Are you a health conscious individual? Up to what extent is this? I mean, why do you consider yourself health conscious?

i am not a particular health concious person right from the first but now i feel that i have to be health concious. when we are in our schooling and college we are very young and we really dont think about this health concious and everything but after we finish our studies, get married and have childrens, all this stages one by one will make us mature and day by day we also grow older and hence at this particular stage we feel that we have to be health concious and avoid all the stuff which can imbalance our body and all and to avoid the health problems and all we need to become health concious and i think i am slowly becoming health concious and you know girls after getting married and we have to look after the whole family and we need to keep in mind all others health in the family and we need to prepare food accordingly so that each one is happy with the meal and also doesnt effect anyone and we would like our family should be healthy and have no problems and moms like me with the little child we always want our child should be strong and we need to feed them a good and healthy food and this all makes health concious. and it is also important to be healthy as we have to look ourself and shouldnot be a trouble to others to look after us. dont you think so?

I am health conscious, and I am usually very careful about reading the nutrition facts on food containers. My focus lately though is getting out of debt, so my exercise habits have slid downhill. I know that I need to exercise to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, but I also need to survive. I would consider the desire to survive to be health conscious. Someday, I would like to compete in a figure competition, and while it may not be in my immediate future...I will compete at some point in my life. Right now though, I'm knocking out one goal at a time.

Not really, too much of anything is harmful. This caring too much about one's health is going to be harmful. The human body has the immunity to heal itself. I am thus not health conscious
