300 visitors but no adsense :(

Hey, does anyone have any experience with this? I've been using a traffic exchange to get people to my blog which has adsense on it but for some reason my CPM is ZERO so i'm not earning anything from the traffic!?
does anyone know how to fix that?
any help would be greatly appreciated!

there is one traffic exchange i use and my friend said that there is alot of people coming to his blog take care happy postings.
