Dollars are not getting credited help help help. Payment issues again.

I need info. I initially put my withdrawable amount at $10 and then later changed it to $25 because my paypal was not verified but now my paypal id is verified. So i changed my account details for a quick withdraw limit to $10. Now i dont get my $10 credited to my account. Will it get credited only when my limit reaches to $25 or should i wait till month end. Please info wanted.
