My discussion just got removed =(

I posted a new discussion this morning and it was pretty active -- a lot of users have replied to the topic already. And the next thing I know, I'm getting this message: "This discussion no longer exists or has been removed due to a discussion guideline violation." I've been here in MyLot for quite a while and this is the first time that this has happened to me. I've read the guidelines and unless I've missed out on something, I think I haven't violated any rules (If I have, then I apologize) Who do I contact about this (I checked the "Contact" portion of MyLot and there isn't any place I could place my inquiry)? I just need to know why this happened. If I did violate any guideline, then at least I would learn from this ordeal. I didn't receive any warning or whatsoever so this disappoints and saddens me a lot. Have any of you encountered this already? Thanks a lot!

I still believe in MyLot, ofcourse.. It just bothers me though, that they can easily remove discussions without any warning or whatsoever. That's too bad for the person who started the discussion (and worked hard on paying attention to every response) and the effort of those who have responded, as well, because that would mean less points for them.

My be someone who responded to your discussion had violated myLot rules like posting links, or giving out personal details. You never if somebody who is new suddenly violates a rule while respond to your discussion and the whole discussion gets deleted. So make sure if someone violates "any" myLot guidelines to report the responds to myLot and hence save your discussion from getting deleted.Have a nice day!

Yeah, probably that's what happened. Too bad, I didn't even get the chance to see if that really is the reason (if it is, didn't get the opportunity to report the violation). If this is really the case, then I think it's unfair for a discussion to be deleted if it's not the fault of the discussion starter. Then again, if it's my fault, then my bad.. Need to read the guidelines of MyLot in more detail now. Thanks a lot!
