PTC Sites and Viruses

I normally don't use ptc sites but so many people have asked about them that I decided to check out a few but I am now getting virus alerts from Avast. Has anyone else had this problem? In particular I am getting warnings from "mails2earn" and "10euromails". At first they worked fine but now when I get an e-mail to click on and read avast stops me and tells me that malware has been detected (particularly a worm). I don't want to risk virus problems for no more than I can make with ptc. Does anyone else know about this?
