A latest Japanese research result revealed that eating cause brain damage.Then what should we do to avoid having too much? Some people eat isn't because they are hungry,just because it's their habit to eat much in meals.Do change it if you have such habit.Don't spend much time on dining table,otherwise you'll have more to eat than you need. What do you think of that?
