Do you eat more meat in autumn?

It's said that people should eat more meat in autumn to keep healthy,which is 'Tie Qiu Biao'in Chinese.Supermarkets display many kinds of meat to lure customers.But some experts say that people should not eat too much meat in the dry weather days,which will harm their spleen.What do you think about this theory?Do you keep your custom when some say it's not good?
