I have tried all of the basics and many of the high end gourmet cheeses, as well. I must shamefully admit, however, that my favorite remains the cheap "smoky swiss" from Kraft that you can get for under $2 a chunk. Something about that smoky goodness. Mmmmm mmmm... What is your favorite cheese? And don't say cottage cheese, because that is way to runny to even be considered a legitimate cheese, thank you very much!
