does being rich comes with luck?

I think being rich has a combination of being lucky and hard work. Rich people is lucky because they can earn more than other hardworking people but rich people also do hard work because if they not work hard, It may effect their daily income. I think the babies or the son and daughter of the rich people are lucky because they already born rich and they did not experienced the difficulties of living with lack in financial.

I have read one book and I forgot the title. What I remember is this one. To become rich is not for hard work, but to work smart. That is what I remember. To become rich, one should work smart and not to work hard--- and that is the famous saying that I heard mostly from the businessman that has already lots of money.
