why, when,whom you get angry?

Hi, When there is Less sincerity and perfection in attending a job. I get 'angry' with myself, b'cz I know I could have done better! Everytime I learn,to give my Best Shot.... =Lahiri,Kolkata,India.

I get angry when I feel like people are teaming up against me. Its so not a nice feeling.

I get angry with my son because he is not learning things to meet my expectation. I get angry with the vegetable seller as he has mixed up the rotten onions with the good one. I get angry with the teachers of the Lower Primary School where I an the President of the School Management Committee when they bunk class and show lame excuse. I get angry with my student as they fake attention in the class and at the end they have not learnt things well. But I know getting too frequently angry is bad for my health.
