What's wrong with our team?

We got a project which we have to finish in a month. It looks like it's going well because a lot of ideas and plans are set. At this time our project is not finished yet even though it's been 3weeks and 3 days. I just don't understand why my team mate can't attend the meeting punctually and why they don't listen to one another. Actually, one of us even tried to do it alone to finish it but it's not get along well with the aspects. It seems things are getting even worse because of the deadline. I also try to co-operate and bring all of us together in order to finish it but seems the more people the more problems happened again. Can you tell me what shall I do?
