About Canadian paid to sign up~~~

I wounder if anybody can answer my qhestion.When your on a pay to sign site,and your Canadian,you always get those sign ups that need a "mobile Phone".Well it says when your signing up that it cost $2:00 bucks to get your pin,,,,right.NOW,is that all it costs you or is there some hidden fee somewheres?I'de make an awfull lot a money on the sites i'm on .But i'm to scares to sign up because of this,plus some offers are only worth ,like 35 cents,kinda nuts to spend 2 bucks to get 35 cents. Can anyone Inlighten me on this.Thxs in advance ,and to all lotters have a good day/sleep.
