Any CPM networks that allow Traffic Exchanges?

Does anyone know of a Cost Per Thousand Impressions (CPM) network that allows traffic from traffic exchanges?

Sorry friend no genuine CPM site allows this if any body is allowing means that site is scam dont go for it.As they are giving payment for traffic how can they allow traffic exchange?
