I am a student of management, i got too many work and assigments plus other work too, i always get to sleep at 4 am in morning and get up by 7 or 7.30am. and then sometimes i sleep if college over early or no. I heard that less sleep makes you gain weight, now it is i am already over weight, will this really make me grow fat more? i am really worried because i dont want to get more fat.

well,i really don`t know for sure if that it`s tottaly true, but i think it willmake you fat. Try to sleep at least 6 hours/night or 8 / daylight. You should do some gym too, and you should eat a lot of fruits that will take your feeling of hungry. You shouldn`t solicite yourself so much! You are working too much! This will make you ill all the time soon! Take care!

I am not sure th less sleep increases wight. Less sleep can harm your mind. Every day must sleep 6 hours. More sleep will increses weight, I am about this. You Sleep only 3 hours. Please try to 6 hours in all night. Better to eat fruits in mornings.

Not sleeping enough can cause weight gain. Too little sleep increases the hunger hormone in your body and decreases the hormone that causes you to feel full. Meaning you will eat more during a day when you have been sleep deprived. There has been some studies done about this and you can read more about it at http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/2004-12-06-sleep-weight-gain_x.htm (not an affiliate link).
