Would you ever beg for money if you had money or not?

I thought of this after seeing an episode of "King of the Hill" where Bobby and his friend Joseph find out it is easier to panhandle then to work for money! I have heard real people doing this! I myself had thoughts of trying it but I decided no! I'm not desperate for money and I'm not that crazy! I also know it is illegal in some places! I never would do it even if I was broke!

I would never lower myself to begging,
there are places that will help I live in a city in the uk and there are schemes in my city
such as the council has a scheme a few hours a week and they give you meals a bed and abit of cash usually cleaning graffiti and picking up litter.
Or selling big issues and getting a percentage of the proceeds.
Its still begging but I have more respect for these types of people who are actually working than just holding their hands out
so no I wouldnt do it no matter how bad it got.

I have never thought about beging for money but I guess if the circumstances were really bad for me then I might consider it, I would have to be really really needing of cash. I have seen panhandlers outside of a place I used to work but little did anyone know that man had a van he parked behing the business where I was working. I saw him having lunch when I went to lunch myself and that made me not give any money to panhandlers from then on. I would have to be extremely desperate to beg. I think I would go to my parents/family first before I had to beg.
