Do you insist on jogging in the early morning?

For my bad health, my doctor suggests me that do some jogging in the morning for strengthening physique, which is better for my health. Then I follow his suggestion, one day, two days, three days, till the fourth day, I can not go on, for I can not get up in the early morning. Friends here, having you done it! Please tell me how you get it.

My doctor suggest us to excerse in the blindman's holiday. you can walk with your friends after supper.you can try it.best wishes.

I like jogging but in the evening !At the begining I had the same trouble,then i changed the plan and do it at night.Everyday when finishing all work,i jog for thirty minutes ,then have a bath.Nice life!

I am a regular morning walker.I get up at 5.45AM and go around the beautiful avenues of our green neighborhood for at least thirty five minutes of brisk walk with my Ipod.It is a very very pleasant experinece and I can always feel the freshness in me throughout the day.I just cannot afford to miss my morning strolls.

I don't jog in the early morning but I walk every single morning, which is also good for your health!

That was bad advice by your doctor. You should start by walking briskly and build up to jogging. Don't go too far to start with and stop if you find yourself in discomfort. People that have not exercised can do themselves serious damage by starting suddenly. Take care and look after yourself.

I'm Madhu from India... i'm taekwondo martial art master.... every day i'm doing hard practice... now my age is 33.... it's very good for my health... notonly taekwondo... jogging is the very important in our life... we should wake up early in the morning... if you are tried one month... automatically you will wake up at the same time every day... don't neglect my friend... thanks..
