Hacking of system..

Most of the ptc administrators used to that their system is hacked by somebody......mostly to refuse the payments to the members. What exactly hacking? By hacking the system of a ptc, what the hackers will do? How it is affecting their payment process?

Most owners don't actually get hacked, they screw up their own site and claim that they've been hacked so they don't have to pay their users.
For those who do get hacked, it's because they have a script that is hackable, but they don't realize it.

These websites are spams. They tell you that there system are hacked just to avoid paying their members. Hackers means someone who has penetrate in a website without the administrator permission and steal all informations and money too. But in many cases the owner of the website are the hacker who steals money from his members by telling them to upgrade their accounts and later refuse to pay their members.
