The Perfect Bracket?

Is it possible? To predict every single game in the NCAA Tournament? Apparently the odds are 2^63 (63 teams). But, you forgot that some teams are obviously better than others, and can win easily. So, is it possible? Does anyone know of any perfect brackets ever recorded? How close have you ever been?
