How to Earn From Blogs?

Has anybody has any kind of idea how to earn from blogs ands bring traffic to your blog and make popular? I have many blogs but still no income has been generated from it. Many are earning more than 400USD per month from their blogs. Except the earnings from Adsense that they earn. They earn from posting reviews on blogs. Seeing that even I did the same. I registered in many get paid to post websites. But again lacked there, coz my blog did not qualify. You need to get qualified to start the work. On of my blog got qualified and I earned 9 cents for a single post. Some. After one month I recvd those 9 cents in my paypal account. Some people earn more than 5USD per post! Imagine how much will be their income if they post more than 3 posts per day atleast! They will earn a minimum of 15USD per day which comes to 450USD per month. So anybody has any idea how to do it and how to get succeeded in it?

I need to know the trick too. Many of my blogs weren't generate any income whatsoever either. I felt so disappointed with it. Please someone tell me the technique too.
