How to manage stress? How to sleep well? Small tip make better sleep!!!!!

Sleeping like baby, Are you feel it? Manage your stress with small yoga exercise and do what favorite thing like listen music and sport and share your problem with yours friend or family, peacefully and gracefully about result has been given and pray to God at yours own way. Relax about problem happen and believe we could make better condition in next time. Wash your hands and leg when you are go home from out site. Drink warm milk help you relax. Curing your hate by passion. Before sleep wash your face, legs and hands with cool water. Do small yoga with take yours deep breath and trow slowly at nose. Think yours problem lose with trow yours breath slowly. And enjoy yours sleep like baby! Don't forget pray before sleep!
