Today 3-21 a short visit with my Grandmother

United States
March 21, 2009 6:28pm CST
What an explosive event that turned out to be. After the court hearing Rosie gave me three rules to follow. 1.) No talking about court. 2.) No asking my Grandmother to go out. 3.) No abusing Rosie... ??? So I'm there to visit my Grandmother and Rosie reads me the riot act, telling my Grandmother that I'm the trouble maker that caused all these problems and that I and my Grandmothers nephew are liars. Then Rosie went on to explain that she never lies??? I didn't stay long but it was long enough listening to the garbage spew forth from the mouth of a lunatic who all but ordered me to go file a PFA against her. Rosie has a problem. Rosie was mad that I said she abused my Grandmother in court and she went on to say that she never laid a hand on my Grandmother. She also made a big deal about having my Grandmother sign a release to acquire critical financial and medical information in order to assess and know what was going on in her health and estate. Rosie tried to get me to deny that I asked my Grandmother to sign it with my Grandmother's permission. Rosie has a problem. Rosie again admitted to threatening my life, and said so in front of my Grandmother, and my Grandmother was not happy to be listening to Rosie talk that way. Rosie has a problem. I've said all I can say that is fair to use at this time. This discussion is an FYI piece, please do not respond with negative comments about Rosie and the law. The information is provided for knowledge and a request for best wishes and prayers. This is just another slow step forward on the path to repairing or doing what I can do for the situation that my family is in. As I said expected but surprised that it would be done and so low at that. I've got plenty of material for a book that is for sure...

Hi Gary, I am sure your grandmother knows what is going on but too afraid to say anything, you should be allowed to see your grandmother with Rosie being there, whay on earth is everyone scared of this woman? yes you can write a book and it would make an interesting read. Tamara

My life seems to be one chapter into another. One thing is for sure, I'm alive... Yes, I do believe, and therefore??? High fives, Tamara... Even if the visit wasn't exactly as I thought it would be or maybe it was better in some respects, I walked away able to return another day... And just wait till you see the missing chapters. Oh' my I've got something to write about...

i dont know much of what you are talking about since im just catching on. it does seem rosie has a problem and i hope she can get some help. but im concerned for your poor little grandmother. does she not get a say in her own affairs? if she is being abused then something has got to be done i cannot tell you how outraged it makes me feel to hear of elderly abuse. i hope things turn around in a better direction for you and your family.

Well I'm going to try to help Rosie, and no Rosie has had my Grandmother diagnosed as demented and ruled allegedly incapacitated. Rosie is now my Grandmother's guardian and has complete control over what is done with my Grandmother. What I have provided in my writings is all that I can disclose at this time, most normal people understand what the authorities in my state are refusing to see, and that is all I can say about the whole situation. If you are outraged and I am also then the turn around would be a change for the better and I'm not saying that I'm not going to try to exert all the pressure that I can legally. I am a stand up kind of guy...
