how to download anything through IRC?

Wow this reply is a bit late and worse still it's from a hazy memory of my time on IRC. To start, you will need to search for a channel which has files that you want. If it's movies, then look for movie channels. Usually when you join the channel it will have a list of commands you can use. Some channels require you to share a file first. Under most circumstances, you'll need to find out what files are being offered. !list This is a command used most often to list the files that can be downloaded or shared. The next command may differ but goes something like !get filename This should start up a chat session where usually you need to approve of the file being dowbloaded
