the indian cricket team in last 18 months is winning continuously under the captainship of mahendra singh dhoni.they are making entries into record books day by day.certainly dhoni's team is one in ascent,winning five of the six tests under him. in one day internationals the success rate is 85 percent.they are making history in offshores also which was by far most difficult to achieve for the indian team.every player knows his responsibility and perform accordingly.the mantra of their success is that team don,t rely on a few individuals. the team works in unit and players enjoys each others' success.they act like a unit on or off the fields.they have a mix of experienced players with the likes of sachin,dravid,laxman and youth like raina,rohit sharma,gautam,ishant who want to perform and are very talented.they are just behind australia & south africa in the icc tests & odi's ranking.if this dream runs continue then 2011 world cup is not far behind.
