What do you guys think about the move for the 49ers and A's.

Recently the past week, there was news of the 49ers moving to Santa Clara and the A's moving to Fremont. What do you people think about the move?
The 49ers will remain the San Francisco 49ers, although 30 minutes south of SF.
The A's might be called the Fremont A's.
