According to studies, kissing can aid in reducing tooth decay. This is because the extra saliva produced when kissing helps in keeping the mouth clean? What can you say about this? Should we promote kissing to reduce tooth decay among the populace? hehe

St. Paul Subterranean River National Park - This was taken last Sept. 2007 on our Palawan getaway. This is a current nominee on the New 7 Wonders of Nature. A true pride for the country. A boat ride inside the underground river is just so fascinating. The limestone formations are a sight to behold.
Another good reason for an extra smooch. LOL. So, aside from brushing and flossing, kissing should be a part of our dental hygiene? Cool! But Modstar is right, this can only apply to those in a relationship. So, in the morning it will become a habit if not yet already to kiss upon waking up just like gargling or brushing. You do not only prevent tooth decay but it also strengthens the bond between you and your partner. Or after eating chocolates with him/her, instead of drinking water to wash out what's left behind in between your pearlies, you kiss! Now, that's something to try. =)

Haha! That's a great idea! Look like kissing has an added benefit aside from it's romantic nature. I also heard that kissing can help us lose weight because it burns calories though i don't know how that works. Maybe promoting kiss applies only to people with partners because i'm not sure ladies would want to kiss a stranger. Lol!
