FOOD
I go low on carbs: no rice, no pasta, no potatoes, no white bread. I only eat whole wheat bread. I make sure that I have protein in every meal. I do not eat pork though. I also gave up on chicken... Trying to give up on beef now. I mostly eat seafoods. They're way healthier than anything. I eat at fruits and veggies now. I stopped drinking carbonated drinks. I stopped drinking powdered juices and iced teas. I also stopped eating cakes and chocolates. Sometimes, when I'm at a party, I just have one bite. That's it.
OTHER STUFF
I exercise. I don't give in to my hunger pangs. I don't let my hunger control me. And lastly, I exercise. I run at least 30 minutes everyday.
