There are so many things to do if you want to feel happy. Some will just go malling, just walk there and relax. Some would shop - I love this! Some will eat their comfort food - for me I love chocolates; chocolates is the best! Hehe! And some would just see a movie or go to the movie house to enjoy their favorite films. How about you? If you want to be happy what are the things that you usually do?

I am happy and at peace with the universe. I have a little pact with my creator and that involves me taking care of his creation and him taking care of me. It works fine and I'm happy with the arrangement. Chocolates would make me happy too, and some money. cheers!!

Well, for me some of the things that tend to make me Happy are SLEEP. Especially when I am Stressing, and feeling down. Chocolates for me are also another thing that helps, and also Writing. Whether it be posting here in myLot, on Associated Content, or just writing in a notebook somewhere it helps to take my mind off of what is really going on in my life as well.

There are things that will make you superficially happy like shopping and comfort food. The effects are nice but short and sometimes they will also have negative side effects for example you put on unwanted weight or spend too much money. Things that can really make me happy are being able to relax (I can archieve this by taking a bath, meditating or sleeping. I love sleeping!), spending time with my loved ones including my family, friends and cats and by archieving my goals. They have no or very little negative side effects and the effect stays longer. I am not saying I never shop or eat comfort food, but I am trying to define the difference between different types of happyness and how long they will last.
