Have you ever telecommuted?

I'm looking for additional ways to generate income for my family and wonder if it's possible to telecommute? I understand that there are so many scams lurking around on the internet, so how do you know if a company is real besides not asking for a fee for joining? Has anyone ever telecommuted? How did you get the position? Do you have any advice for someone who wants such a position?

i work from home but its not a job everyone can do and it's quite difficult to get your foot in the door of it. you usually have to be open minded and flexible. If you're in the US you have many more options. try workathomemafia.com
