Has Perfectbux gone scam?

Hi,
I know this was one of the best sites and a trusted one too called perfectbux, but for the past few days I am not able to login and infact the page itself is not displaying. So I want to know if any of you have been able to log into perfectbux and work on it or not?

I'm sorry but I really think they did because first they raised payout limit for standard members so maybe you could reach it in year ($10 - $0.0075x5 = $0.0375 daily --- 267 days).
