Willing to get married? Probably 25 and over. I'm 21 right now, and I think it's too early to get married. No money to buy a house, no money to pay loans, no money to do many things. It takes time to save up. :D

My wedding - My husband and I at our wedding

I was 22-far too young, in my opinion. Ofcourse, this is hindsight. I don't think a person is mature enough or has had enough experience in life at that age.
