I've once met an old stranger. She said that true and real love is giving, showing love unconditionally to an imperfect person. Now, that I am old enough to understand things, I believed in what she said. Its not the saying that love is blind but if I really love a person, I will love all that is about him. May it be his unhealthy character, or maybe he belongs to cursed family, poor family, or may it be that his deaf, or blind. I can share a real situation. A guy -handsome, fair-skinned, good in height. This guy has a childhood friend. A girl - fat, thumbsucked, kinky hair, very pleasant behavior. The guy marry the girl though she's still fat, thumsucked, and has kinky hair even if she's now 30 years old. But the goodness and kindness of her heart has ever been there always.

If he loves me as I love him, I think I will love a person unconditionally.@_@

Loving unconditionally does not mean accepting any kind of treatment or behavior from one's lover. We can love a person deeply and fully without feeling that you have to like everything he or she does, says or thinks, and certainly without feeling that you have to ignore your own needs in service to his or her needs.... we are not likely to be content if the love relatinship does not provide some substantial satisfaction... :)

Yes, I agree with unconditional love. This is the one love that I remember from HS. I've also learned that this is harder said than done. Loving unconditionally entails letting go and a lot of acceptance...

Yes, true. Love is not blind but it is accepting and forgiving. A person in love sees the things in the person he loves that no one else see.
